You pick the lifestyle changes that you want but I can’t really promise you’ll lose weight. I certainly can help you avoid sweets and even exercise more if you want. But those changes may not get you the results you want. So, let’s talk about it.

Sometimes a person will want to make a small change, like increasing motivation to exercise or cutting down on sweets. Those are pretty wonderful changes, but they won’t guarantee weight loss.

Diets sometimes work but the pounds start coming back the moment the diet ends. How many have you tried?

The adage, eat less, exercise more actually does more harm than good. I’m happy to help someone increase their exercise or cut down on sweets but I won’t call it weight loss.

“I've had the pleasure of working with Joseph for the last 10 weeks (it's gone by sooo fast!).

When I first went to see him I was desperate to make a change. To lose weight (or "be less fat" as I liked to say) and get my blood sugar under control.

I had tried "light" intermittent fasting on my own with an app to help me remember with limited and unsustainable success.

What Joseph has done is combine 3 ingredients to great success:

1. Fasting. "Real" fasting. But introduced in phases that recognize that it took X years to get you where you are today and it's going to take you a while to get to where you want to go.

I'm not going to tell you it doesn't take the will to change or that you are not going to give up things you may have traditionally really liked to eat. Because you do have to want to change and you do have to give up foods that you think right now taste good, but are keeping you unhealthy.
