Your mind and body have settled into a “normal” state which includes your current weight and your current diet and activity levels. Permanent change means resetting what is normal for you. Hypnosis not only makes the changes easier at first, it helps you sustain them long enough for your mind and body to calibrate to your new normal.

It’s a pretty big commitment

The Program requires a minimum commitment of 10 sessions which take place over four to six months! The changes we make are small and simple but add up over time. We’ll go through the program at your pace to insure sustainability. If you join the program, we’ll let your doctor know, especially if you are diabetic and taking medications.
