Weight Control

Weight Control is often a long and complicated process as the reasons behind the problem are often not as simple as diet and exercise.  Hypnosis, mindfulness training and integrative coaching provide the missing link for significant, permanent weight change.  Most often we have to explore and change natural, unconscious reactions, habits, thoughts and behaviors.  Sometimes, these behaviors might include symptoms of eating disorders such as binge eating or constant grazing. If you need to loose 80 pounds or more, or you need to gain significant weight, 40 or 50 lbs, give me a call.  If you choose to work with me for weight control, expect to be working with me for an extended time.  Expect 10 to 15 sessions, three or four weekly sessions to start, then biweekly and then monthly sessions later on.  We will work under the supervision of your physician and you may need to spend some time with a nutritionist to make sure you are getting the proper nutrition.  If we decide to work together, you'll need to purchase a 10 session package, which I offer at a significant discount.  I only work with clients who wish to significantly change their body mass under the supervision of a physician.
