I am friendly, compassionate and, I am told, very calming & easy to talk to. I am genuinely interested in helping all of my clients to the fullest extent of my ability. I am a graduate of the Hypnosis Practitioner Training Institute in Newport Beach, California, a demanding program with more than 700 hours of classroom training and 200 hours of supervised practice, making me one of the best trained hypnotists in the city of Pittsburgh.
I am certified by two agencies. IMDHA, the International Medical & Dental Hypnotherapy Association and ICBCH , the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapists, where I am also a certified instructor.
I have rigorous training in various techniques and modalities of hypnosis, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), mindfulness training, medical and dental hypnosis, and integrative coaching. I have been practicing hypnosis since 2015 specializing in Mind-Body Health and Wellness.
Early in my life, I had very positive and powerful experiences with hypnosis. Through the help of a client-centered hypnotherapist, I was able to forgive deep hurts that were holding me back. I gained a greater awareness of who I am and my purpose in life. At the time, hypnosis looked miraculous but I've learned that the real miracle rests in each one of us...you too. It's the miraculous power of our own minds to create the life we want. (In many cases, we've actually created the life we don't want...why not reverse that?) Happiness is not some far removed goal. It's not a secret held by mystical sages. It's available to everyone...you too. Truly, my life has been transformed by the practice of hypnosis and mindfulness, initially as a client and now as a practitioner. I trust you will find it as valuable as I have.
I was invited to join a panel discussion on complementary therapies, including Hypnosis, nutrition, CBD products and medical canibus, held at Thrive On Health.
